Refreshing fragrance

Impressive Fragrance Undermined by Poor Response

The fragrance is impressive and worth trying. Unfortunately, one of the 2ml samples I received was half empty, this was yesterday.

I reported this on WhatsApp but received no response. This lack of basic customer support is concerning and affects trust, especially for first-time buyers.

Good product, but service needs significant improvement.
