3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices listed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made using available payment gateways authorized by Fraghill (for example, Juspay, Easebuzz, credit/debit card, or other payment options).

  • Fraghill reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in its sole discretion, in which case Fraghill will refund you, including in full if applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Fraghill is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or acts of God.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

  • The only items we accept returns for are: damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include supporting evidence (photos/videos).

  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Smart Device Warranty

  • Fraghill fragrance devices come with a 12-month limited warranty to protect against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty will be voided if the product is: 

Being used with non-Fraghill pods,

Tampered with,

Damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or repair by unauthorized parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, names, logos, designs, graphics, content, and software, are the sole and exclusive property of Fraghill or its licensors. It is prohibited to use, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the material for any purpose whatsoever.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent applicable by law, Fraghill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this Website, products, or services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement should be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi and specifically the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

10. Termination

Fraghill may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to this Website or other services, with or without notice and without liability, for any violation of any of these Terms, any provision of law, or any action determined to be against Fraghill's best interests.
