Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fraghill, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This policy explains shipping timelines, charges, tracking, and how we handle delays or delivery issues.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you’ll see a message during checkout.

2) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

3) Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier 2–3: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, weather, local restrictions, or address/access issues.

4) Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Any promotional shipping offers are time-bound and may change without prior notice.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6) Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate.

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to origin.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

7) Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Deliveries

We take delivery issues seriously.

If your order is delayed:
Check tracking first. If there’s no movement for 48 hours, contact us.

If your package appears tampered or damaged:
Do not accept the delivery (if possible). If accepted, record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.

If your order is marked delivered but not received:
Contact us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier.

8) Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (e.g., different inventory locations). If so, you’ll receive separate tracking details.

9) Restricted / Regulated Items

Fragrances are considered flammable items under certain shipping guidelines. We follow applicable packaging and courier rules. In rare cases, delivery may be affected in specific regions due to courier restrictions.
